Hollywood singer Harry Styles had his night at the 63rd Grammy Awards that took place at the Los Angeles Convention Centre. Harry Styles, a former member of the (now dissolved) boy band One Direction won his first-ever Grammy award at the 63rd Grammy Awards. Harry won the award for his song Watermelon Sugar. Apart from winning the award, Styles also delivered a stellar performance at the Grammys. He opened the night, performing on song Watermelon Sugar, almost ‘Shirtless’. Styles’ song Watermelon Sugar was Billboard Hot 100 No 1 single after it released.

Harry Styles bagged the award in the Best Pop Solo Performance category for song Watermelon Sugar. He beat Justin Bieber (Yummy), Billie Eilish (Everything I Wanted), Dua Lipa (Don’t Start Now), Taylor Swift (Cardigan), and Doja Cat’s (Say So) to win the award. CBS and Recording Academy reported Harry Styles’ accepting speech. Accepting his first-ever Grammy, Styles said, “Wow. To everyone who made this record with me, thank you so much. This was the first song we wrote after, my first album came out, during a day off in Nashville and I just want to say thanks to Tom, Tyler and Mitch and everyone. Rob Stringer and everyone at Columbia.” He concluded by saying, "My manager, Jeffrey, who has always nudged me to be better and never pushed me and thank you so much. And I feel very grateful to be here. Thank you,"

While Harry bagged his first-ever award, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande woman award for their song Rain On Me in the category- Best Pop duo/Group Performance. John Legend bagged the Grammy for his album Bigger Love in the Best R&B Album category, while Beyonce won an award for her Best R&B performance in Black Parade. Megan Thee Stallion and Beyonce bagged an award for Best Rap Performance for Savage. It is Meghan’s first-ever Grammys too. Beyonce won another award for Best Music Video which she shared with her daughter Blue Ivy.
